• IVA (tax to the aggregated value). None resident foreigners are exempt of such payment.

WEATHER:
Mountain weather with winter rains, annual average temperature of 10° C, being January the warmest month with an average of 15° C, and June the coldest with 4° C. During the winter temperatures hardly rise above 4 degrees; the annual average rainfalls are of 1200 mm of which 50% occur during the winter months.

WAYS OF ACCESS:
If coming from abroad first stop is the Santiago International Airport, where you board a domestic flight to the City of Concepción, 6 daily flights from 08:30 to 21:00. The flight takes about one hour. In Concepción you will be picked up by a vehicle from the hotel, whatever flight you come in on, in order to transfer you to the hotel. The ride takes about two hours from the Airport to the hotel. Another option is to arrive from Santiago on abus or by train, with different schedules. The hotel vehicles will pick you up at the agreed time of arrival. Transfers are not included in the price of you programme.

WHAT TO PACK UP:
Ski clothes for different climatic conditions, considering that there may be both sunny days with high temperatures, and foggy and cold days with temperatures below minus 10° Celsius. You can use casual clothes inside the hotel and something more elegant for the nights. Bathing suit. The voltage in Chile is of 220 so you may need an adaptor for your appliances. There is no drugstore in the area so you need to bring with you whatever you may need in that regard.

WATER:
Water is potable but we recommend you to drink bottled water if you are not used to water different to that of your own country.

HEALTH:
Chillán, located one hour away from the ski resort, has hospital and clinics. The hotel has medical and first aid service, as well as the option of evacuating guests by helicopter if required, depending on the weather conditions.
