The zone has 80% of clear days throughout the year, hence you may have clear days with nice temperatures in the midst of the winter, though in cold days and due to the altitude, temperatures may drop down to minus 20 degrees Celsius.
Average temperature: 8º C max (46º F) / -7º C min (19° F).
WAYS OF ACCESS:
At only 36 kilometres from Santiago, going along the paved road setting off from Barnechea, in the eastern sector of Santiago. Following Kennedy Avenue, the route to the cordillera is straight and well signalised. The ride takes approximately 45 minutes, depending on the road conditions.
