LAKE YELCHO AND FUTALEUFU PROGRAM
Led by expert bilingual guides, enjoy a spectacular fly-fishing program in Lake Yelcho and the Futaleufu Sector. This program will enable you to enjoy Rainbow and Fario trout fishing, from a boat or wading, as well as admire impressively beautiful surroundings.
On Lake Yelcho, you will fish in the Leones Bay and Yelcho Chico area, and at the mouth of the Futaleufu river. Downstream along the Yelcho you can fish in different holes, up to the Michimahuida river. In the Futaleufu area, fishing is along different stretches of the Futaleufu river, Lakes Lonconao and Espolon, Seno Muerto and the Espolon river.
You will be able to sample typical dishes of local cuisine, such as "stake barbecued lamb", and a long list of different meats, fish and shellfish, included in the menus.
The invitation is to travel to no less than the "paradise at the end of the world".

OPTIONALS NOT INCLUDED
Yelcho Glacier
No doubt its primeval ice fields are one of the greatest fascinations in Patagonia. Excursions to Yelcho Glacier are organized for those wishing to visit this attraction.
This is a trip that starts with a walk through the cold forest
with its coihues, arrayanes, maņios, cinnamon trees
and all the typical flora of the area, ending at "Mirador
Yelcho" lookout point, at the upper limit of vegetation, where
one has a view of the imposing wall of the glacier and its
countless waterfalls.
Pumalin Park
In 1991, US citizen Douglas Tompkins began this project with the idea of protecting the temperate rainforest from eventual exploitation. To date, thanks to the vigilance of the Conservation Land Trust Foundation, this Park protects over 300,000 hectares of land destined to become a Nature Sanctuary.
Only two hours away from the Hotel, between Chaiten and Caleta Gonzalo, lies the Native Forest and Thousand-Year-Old Larches Reserve. Our guides will take you to see this project along excursion trails that are clearly marked for conservation purposes.
Rafting and Kayaking on the Futaleufu
There is no doubt that the Futaleufu river is one of the major world venues for downstream Rafting and Kayaking (levels 4+, 5+).
This is a "special" for strong thrills. The excursions are led by expert guides and suitable equipment is used.
Along the Espolon river, the descents are suitable for the whole family (levels 2 and 3). They can be combined with other activities, such as canoeing, trekking, mountain-biking and horse riding.
Thermal Springs
After a long and tiring excursion day, there is nothing more comforting for the body and spirit than enjoying a dip in the artistically appointed Termas del Amarillo. These waters that flow from the Michimahuida Volcano are rich in minerals.
End of our services.
