This is the most important Ski Centre within the Región de los Lagos, located 600 kilometres to the South of Santiago, inside the Villarrica National Park, and at a distance of 20 kilometres from the Town of Pucón. It contains an excellent track infrastructure and has the advantage of being located into one of the most attractive zones for tourist activities in the southern area of Chile. From Pucón you will be able to reach many lakes, volcanoes and thermal baths of the zone. The excellent touristic infrastructure of Pucón has multiple options for lodging, excursions and other outdoor activities.

Location: Inside the Villarrica National Park, at 18 kilometres from Pucón, in the Región de los Lagos. To reach Pucón you have to come from Temuco through 112 kilometres of paved road. Temuco has an airport where daily flights from Santiago land and take off.

Road Schedules: There are no time restrictions, only some limitations in case of bad weather.

The Ski Centre has all the necessary services in order of hosting the daily visitors of the skiers lodged in Pucón, Villarrica and surrounding places, accounting more than 6 thousand daily visits during the high season.

It is equipped with bar, cafeteria and restaurant, ski shop, ski school, equipment rental, mini club, natural half pipes, child keeping, warehouse, post and policlinic.

There are no lodging facilities at the Ski Centre, but the Hotel capacity of Pucón is very ample.

Villarrica Park Lake

The Centre has 20 tracks covering all the skill levels of the sportsmen. There is a total number of nine ski lifts, four of them with double seats and five with dragging chairs. Another seat functions on summer time and allows to making excursions to the Volcano and to achieve a spectacular view of the five lakes around the Volcano.

Besides the skiing tracks there are many other options for off-road activities, which amounts for making this Centre one of the favourite spots for snowboarders, as half-pipes and first level natural crevices.
