- Historical Museum of Puerto Natales, this has 5 rooms that exhibit the history of the first inhabitants of the area (kaweshkar and aonikenk), and also of objects and utensils belonging to the German and British colonists who arrived at the end of the 18th and in the mid-19th centuries. Visitors can also inspect an interesting collection of photos from the thirties. The museum building, located at the city center, mixes elements of rural English architecture with modern type building, as a result of its remodeling in 1997.

- "Alberto de Agostini" Salesian Museum, boasts an interesting exhibit of local flora and fauna. It is managed by the Salesian school. Address: Padre Rossa 1456, Puerto Natales.
