Complete payment is required to make a reservation. Visa, MasterCard and American Express. welcome.

Reimbursements and Cancellations.
Any reimbursement will be attended to immediately and should be applied for
in writing. All necessary and pertinent documents should accompany the request
for reimbursement. No reimbursement will be given for services that the traveller
may have opted to not make use of. Approved reimbursements will be transferred
30 days after receipt of application.
The full deposit minus administrative costs will be refunded when cancellations are received at least 30 days before ETA. Cancellations made between 29 and 15 days of ETA, are subject to a 50% debit of the deposit money. Cancellations made 14 or fewer days before ETA or "No Shows" will not be subject to refund.
Notice:
The hotels have more stringent policies of cancellations when treating with groups. Thus, for reservations of groups of more than 10 people, the hotels reserve the right to debit a penalty payment of 50% for cancellations up to 60 days before ETA, and a penalty of 100% for cancellations made 45 days or less before the group ETA.
These policies may change according to the hotel.
During high season our company reserves the right to change our cancellation policies, including the application of additional penalties than those outlined above.
Change of hotels
We do not over-sell and we do our utmost to evade any inconvenience of this kind to our customers. However, should the situation arise, we will relocate our guests to an equivalent or higher standard hotel, with no additional charge or responsibility thereof.
We act as a reservation agency and are not the hotel, thus we cannot assume any responsibility for anything that may occur on its premises. We are not responsible for cancellations, cancelled transfers or other acts outside our control.
Restrictions
Holidays. During the year we consider the following holidays, during which time a minimum of three days or more are required for a reservation.
This includes Easter, Chilean National Holidays, Christmas and New Year, etc.
Special Events. Throughout the year, in the case of events, congresses or big Trade fairs, the reservations may be subject to a minimum of 3 days or more. There is a possibility that hotels will not accept reservations during theses conditions without previous notice.
Privacy Advice
The Mail and e-mail addresses used by you when making a reservation should be those that you normally use when communicating with other companies in order to send you the approval of the charge to your credit card for the reservations. These addresses are only for verification purposes and will only be used to send you the confirmation of the reservations made. The information in our system is totally confidential and will never be shared with any other company or third person.
